| The objects of the Issue are as follows:
Building, strengthening and expanding our network and related services
in the New Circles;
Entry Fee and capital expenditure for NLD operations;
Roll-out of services in Mumbai Circle;
Redemption of preference shares;
General corporate purposes; and
Issue expenses.
In addition, we expect to derive the benefits from the listing of equity shares,
which would provide liquidity to Equity Shares issued in connection with our
ESOS, which we intend to issue to our employees, in addition to providing a
currency for acquisitions. Our main objects clause and objects incidental or
ancillary to the main objects clause of our Memorandum of Association enable
us to undertake our existing activities and the activities for which the funds are
being raised through this Issue.
